Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Changes and Cancellations Policy

Returns and Refunds

Most of my products are eligible for my 30-day return policy. However, if  30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Contact me first at support@rachelsark.com for specific instructions relating to your product. Unless you received the item defective or damaged, shipping costs to return an item are your responsibility. I recommend insuring your item or using a trackable service when returning it. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item without a tracking number. You are responsible to ensure that the returned item is packaged in such a way as to avoid damage. Refunds will be processed as soon as I get the item and usually take 3-5 business days to show up as a credit on your card or in your bank.

Exchanges

I can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. And some items cannot be exchanged or returned. For example, all clothing and printed products are hand-printed once you order them. Therefore, I cannot exchange an item because of the wrong size, unless you received a different size than what you ordered. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let me know at support@rachelsark.com and I’ll see what I can do.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Need to make a change to your order? Had second thoughts about your purchase? All orders can be changed or cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact me within 12 hours at support@rachelsark.com. Sometimes orders get sent out before I can process the cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you cancel your order but still receive the package, then you are responsible for either returning it to me or purchasing the item.
